​How Do I Place An Order?

​

You simply choose your item(s) and add them to the shopping cart.  If you are placing a personanlized order or would like to work with the artist on a custom piece, please contact us directly at; email: jleestudio@yahoo.com OR call us at 414-258-2885.​  When placing an order,please record your order # and track the date and time of your order as a backup to the confirmation you receive.

Shipping and Handling

​

Shipping and handling is a flat $6.95 charge. Occasionally a larger size order or a special handling charge may affect the shipping charge. Most times packages will be sent USPS but we may also on occasion us FedEx and/or UPS. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.

jlee Studio orders are process promptly. We monitor the orders to ensure that they are shipped in a timely manner. Shipping time does not include Holidays, weekends or the day you place the order. Please allow 2-3 days to process orders. jlee Studio.com offers the following shipping options and delivery estimates for your order:     

 

STANDARD - Delivery estimate is 10-21 business days.
EXPEDITED - Delivery estimate is 3 to 5 business days.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING - (1 day in transit) is available. Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM CST to be able to be delivered the following day.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Our eCommerce site provides your with secure ordering and payment options. We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Jlee Studio accepts the following major credit / debit cards; MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express.

Returns & Refunds

​

Jlee Studio has an exchange only policy.  If you received an incorrect or defective item, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

If you need to return an item due to incorrect stamping or if it is defective, please contact us via email; jlee_studio@yahoo.com providing a detailed description of the problem, along with your contact information (phone #, address, etc.), and the best time to reach you. We'll notify you either by phone or via e-mail regarding your item and your shipping refund.

Wholesale Members Club - Terms

​

To order wholesale from Jlee Studio Wearable Art you will need to first setup your Wholesale Members Club login.  Simply provide an email username and password, and Jlee will approve your membership.

If you have questions before requesting a login, please email us through the website or by reaching out to us at jlee_wholesale@yahoo.com or jleestudio@yahoo.com.

When you are approved to order Wholesale, all online orders must be placed through our Wholesale Members Club page (found under "more").

 

The wholesale terms are as follows:

For an order to qualify as "wholesale" it MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Retail total is a minimum of $250.00

  • 40% off the retail price is available for orders up to $1000.00

  • 50% off the retail price is available for orders totally $1001.00+

  • All Wholesale purchases must be paid in full when the order is placed (A discount code will be provided after your membership in the Wholesale Members Club is approved.)

  • Re-orders have a $100.00 minimum (retail value) Please contact us via email for all re-orders between $100.00 and $250.00.

  • Special / Custom orders are available (allow 7-10 days for delivery)

 

Wholesale order purchases will receive the following:

  • Jlee Studio Wearable Art postcards to be shared with your customers

  • First wholesale purchase of $1000.00 will include a Jlee Studio display

  • Each piece will be tagged with suggested retail price

  • Approved Member Only Login to our online Wholesale ordering site

  • Interested in purchasing displays?  Please email us for a Display Catalog

  • Custom displays are available for purchase, a quote will be provided
